Start here. PI Command Center is the system of record for your Agile Release Train between PI planning events: WSJF prioritization, PI objectives and predictability, ROAM risks, cross-team dependencies, and Inspect & Adapt, all connected.

How it works

  1. Prioritize: score features in the WSJF Feature Backlog. The highest WSJF goes into the next PI.
  2. Plan: teams set PI Objectives, marked committed or uncommitted, and business owners assign planned business value.
  3. Connect: cross-team dependencies are logged with the iteration they're needed by, the digital version of the program board's red strings.
  4. Manage risk: program risks are ROAM'd (Resolved, Owned, Accepted, Mitigated) and linked to features.
  5. Measure: at the end of the PI, business owners score actual value. The PI Predictability Measure calculates automatically.
  6. Improve: run Inspect & Adapt using the built-in workshop guide.
