Start here. This workspace gives a new PMO lead a working governance system on day one: intake, prioritization, portfolio health, RAID management, and executive status reporting, all connected.

How it works

  1. Intake: new requests come in through the Intake Requests database and get scored for value, urgency, and risk.
  2. Prioritize: the Priority Score formula ranks requests. Approved requests become projects in the Portfolio.
  3. Govern: each project moves through stage gates (Initiate → Plan → Execute → Close) with a RAG health rating.
  4. Control: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies are logged in the RAID Log and linked to their project.
  5. Report: weekly status updates roll up into an executive view.
  6. Realize: after close, Benefits Tracking measures whether each project delivered the value in its business case.
