How to use it

1. Add your features to the calculator below.
2. Score one column at a time across all features using modified Fibonacci (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20). Give the smallest item in each column a 1.
3. Open the Ranked view. The highest WSJF score is the best next job.

WSJF = Cost of Delay ÷ Job Size, where Cost of Delay = Business Value + Time Criticality + Risk Reduction / Opportunity Enablement.
